Quality Control & Verification

From ingredient selection and production to packaging inspection, every product undergoes more than 30 stringent checkpoints to ensure quality at every stage. 【Raw Material Inspection】

We partner only with top-tier suppliers. Each batch must pass more than ten quality verification procedures, including temperature, moisture, pH value, and specific gravity testing, before it is approved for production. 

【Process Monitoring】

From raw materials and semi-finished goods to final products, standardized production ensures consistent quality. 
A. Raw Materials: Subjected to 15 processing and quality control procedures, including sifting, grinding, temperature control, and density checks. 
B. Semi-finished Goods: Undergo 13 processing and quality control procedures, including baking temperature and time control, as well as filling precision management. 
C. Finished Products: Evaluated through 16 processing and quality control procedures, including color, texture, moisture analysis, and metal detection.

  The following Serena Foods products are certified under the TQF Taiwan Quality Food program: Original Egg Roll Cookies, Sesame Egg Roll Cookies, Golden Roasted Sweet Potato Egg Roll Cookies, Purple Sweet Potato Egg Roll Cookies, and Golden Horn Corn Snack – Original Flavor. In accordance with TQF standards, we strictly implement raw material acceptance procedures, process controls, and finished product inspections to ensure quality and safety throughout every stage of production.
